Behavioral Email Marketing (BEM) refers to the process by which email marketers send automated, unique, customized and targeted emails to a particular customer present in your database by tracking his recent interactions and behavior with the company.

Behavioral Email Marketing involves creating a strategy by which a user’s interactions with your company can be identified and analyzed across various channels (i.e. the company’s website, emails, social media, etc.).

  2. Expect more and more from your emails to make it sound relevant over a period.
